We move from a place of enjoyment and self-care as opposed to a place of punishment. We like to giggle and chat and then add some movement to improve balance, coordination, strength, flexibility and mobility in a relaxed atmosphere.
We prefer a slower and more gentle approach here allowing for exploration in postures/ flows, and different option will be given so each participant finds what feels right for them. |

OTM - Standing/ Chair |
OTM is slow and GENTLE exercise inspired by ELEMENTS of yoga, Pilates, … and other systems that complement each other and then we simply play. Classes focus on quietening the mind and releasing tension from the body. It is about self-care and wellBEing rather than over emphasising strength and flexibility making these classes more accessible for the rest of us. This is NOT a traditional/ classical approach. Classes are ideal for beginners as well as some experienced practitioners as different options will be given.
OTM Floor
OTM - Floor requires being able to get up and down from the floor and being on hands/knees. A blanket can MAYBE help with support or MAYBE an alternative move/ posture can be given.

WE PLAY with gentle accessible movement fusing OTM and elements of walking (step to the beat) together. Sometimes it is more mat/ chair based, other times we bring in more walking elements to the beat, sometimes, ... We just play and have fun with it.
OTM Standing/ Chair
OTM - Standing/ Chair is ideal for those Vintage Vixens that prefer to stay off the floor but are happy to play with standing as well as chair flows/ postures.
